Appointments can be made by phone or through our website contact form. We make every effort to honor scheduled times, but wait times may vary based on shop volume. Walk-in customers are welcome based on availability.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Financing options may be available — ask a team member for details. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Warranties and Returns

New tires sold by Mike’s Tires Plano are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor warranties vary by service — ask your technician for specifics before work begins. Used tires are sold as-is with no warranty unless explicitly stated. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions discovered during service.

5. Vehicle Release

Vehicles not picked up within 72 hours after service completion may be subject to a daily storage fee. Mike’s Tires Plano is not responsible for items left in vehicles while in our care.
